A Machir Bay Wedding - The perfect Islay Destination
Matt on Emily’s wedding was as close to the perfect Islay wedding as you can get - a small intimate family ceremony on Machir Bay was simply perfect. Just the happy couple, close family, plus of course Beau - the four-legged star of the show. Gemma from Argyll and Bute Registrar’s conducted a beautiful ceremony call MA, and then it was off to Kilchoman to celebrate with a few spectacular Islay drams.
The weather was nothing short of spectacular, and the sun blazed in the September skies, making the photos in the barley fields all the more special! We then headed to Saligo Bay to complete their Islay wedding photography, catching a few waves and the best of the summer sunshine.

After all the fun of the shoot it was back to Islay House for further celebrations and to soak up more of the island spirit!
